The Foodmate OPTI FH Cross-Cut halving machine uses two blades to cut through hips and ribs without the need of a pre-cutter. Running on both 12 and 8 inch centers, the machine can process a variety of birds without adjustment. The OPTI FH Cross-Cut increases dark meat yield, can be adjusted to increase leg quarter yield and does not cut into keel tips.
