Clariant Container Dri II moisture absorbing packets protect grain against moisture in packaging and shipping containers. The desiccant packets help reduce mold, microtoxins and maintain grain flowability. Absorbing up to three-times their weight in moisture in a no-spill gel, the desiccant bags reduce the dew point below the surface temperature, preventing condensation from forming on the walls of the container and the grain. Container Dri II bags are positioned high in the shipping container using carabiners that attach to the container's eye hooks. The non-toxic desiccants are approved by the United Sates Food and Drug Administration for contact with food and are available in strips, poles and packs.
