The Dorner 2200 SmartFlex flexible chain conveyor platform transfers products as small as 3 inches in diameter and can be made to exact customer specifications, the company says. The aluminum single-piece frame navigates tight corners with wheel and plain bend options. Multiple product transfers options exist for end and side transfers, as well as accessories like infeed and exit power transfers. The SmartFlex conveyor platform is available in widths of 65 millimeters, 105 millimeters and 150 millimeters and with multiple chain types, including low friction, friction insert, conductive, cleated, roller top and magnet top. Capable of speeds up to 250 feet per minute, the conveyor has a load capacity up to 600 pounds.
