For the production of chicken nuggets, the Seydelmann Mixer-Grinder MRV 2500 is available with an integrated cooling system. It processes very high throughputs of different kinds of meat products. The cooling system ensures ideal temperatures for every material either by injecting CO or LN into the mixer-hopper via nozzles at the hopper bottom or by adding CO snow via snow horns in the machine lid. The integrated cooling system increases production efficiency by replacing cooling room capacity.
