Dinnissen's pegasus drying unit uses a double-shafted paddle mechanism to gently suspend powders, granules, and granulates in the air. These powder-like ingredients are then mixed with injected hot, dry air, resulting in a very efficient, fast, and even drying process. Extra pressure is not required much less energy is consumed. The Pegasus can also be used to spray-dry a wide range of liquids.
