Aviagen practical management advice broiler handbook

Aviagen has announced the launch of broiler handbooks for the Arbor Acres, Indian River and Ross brands, as it continually strives to provide global practical management advice for broiler farmers.Producing the Handbook involves regional input from the Aviagen technical teams around the world. The global expert groups on hatcheries, nutrition, technical transfer and veterinary services also played a crucial role in the development of the Handbook. There is a section on stock man ship and the nutrition information has been expanded with the addition of a more detailed section specifically for nutritional experts, previously issued as a separate Nutrition Supplement. A key focus is advice to maintain bird health and welfare which is of paramount importance to effective and responsible management.
