The Ossid 8000MH horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) machine combines thermoforming and sealing presses at a production rate of more than 30 cycles per minute for a wide range of poultry packaging applications, including flexible, foil-foil, semi-rigid, rigid, ambient, vacuum, modified atmosphere and re-closable. Three servo motors activate the forming and sealing presses and control the motion of the web feed conveying systems to reduce the consumption of compressed air and reduce potential air contaminants.
