Watch on demand now to understand the benefits an automated robotic assistant can offer poultry house management.
Colin Usher, senior research scientist, Georgia Tech Research Institute, will present a mobile robot that can pick up floor eggs, collect poultry house management data, and sense animal welfare. Jason Guss, Ph.D., CEO of Iterate Labs, will highlight how artificial intelligence can collect essential performance (productivity, safety, quality) metrics on each worker to be used to incentivize workers, maintain work-life quality for retention, and better manage productivity in real-time. Thomas Swovick, market development manager, Dematic, will discuss how the future for case-ready poultry weigh-price-label (WPL) operations will rely on automation and robotics to do it better, faster and cheaper.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
- Understand the benefits an automated robotic assistant can offer poultry house management.
- Learn how gamification can help improve poultry labor retention rates.
- Learn how automation can reduce labor requirements, improve inventory management, and support e-commerce.
