Allen Harim has promoted Harry Tillman to Director of Sales and Marketing, and he’s assembled an experienced team of sales professionals to grow the company’s footprint across all sectors. Allen Harim is a leading producer of no antibiotics ever chicken on the Delmarva peninsula.
Tillman joined the company in January as Senior Director of Business Development but has quickly proven his leadership skills and depth of knowledge in the business, according to Joe Moran, President and CEO of Allen Harim. Originally from Savannah, Ga., Tillman spent the bulk of his career at Smithfield Foods in Smithfield, Va.; there he held various roles including General Manager of the Deli Group and most recently Senior Director of Sales. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Georgia Southern University.
Timlin, Rutter named business development managers
Paul Timlin | Allen Harim
Paul Timlin joins the Allen Harim team as a Business Development Manager after almost 30 years in consumer food product sales. He has leadership experience in every aspect of sales, sales management, marketing, merchandising, and customer service. For the past 10 years, he was with Smithfield Foods, as Sales Manager for the Deli Group and then the Retail Processed Meats. Prior to that he worked for Oscar Mayer and Tyson Foods, as Sales Director for the Eastern Division in the Retail Deli division. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.
Mark Rutter | Allen Harim
Mark Rutter joins the Allen Harim team as a Business Development Manager with more than 25 years of sales experience in retail and foodservice, primarily at Smithfield Packing. He also worked for National Beef Packing Company and Windy City Food Brands Brokerage, and most recently at Cargill. Rutter will be responsible for growing the Nature’s Sensation No Antibiotic Ever, all veggie fed product line for the company. He is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a degree in Business Management.
Hernandez, Hall join team
Michael Hernandez | Allen Harim
Michael Hernandez joins the sales team from another department within Allen Harim. He is a retired Air Force veteran who served as a police officer, Air Force Recruiting Manager, Trainer and Marketing specialist. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Hernandez is currently seeking a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He joins the team as an Account Manager.
Nicole Hall | Allen Harim
Nicole L. Hall joins the sales team with a sales background and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Food and Agribusiness Marketing and Management as well as Agriculture and Natural Resources. She will join the team as an Account Manager.
“We have assembled a strong team to go after retail and food service customers with our no antibiotics ever chicken,” Tillman said. “We are excited to cultivate new customers, re-establish the strong relationships we have with our existing customers, and to continue our growth in this market.”
