Delegates at the Cobb seminar in Vught in central Holland.
Cobb Europe held a technical seminar focusing on the influence of hatchery and parent stock management and feeding programs on Cobb 500 broiler performance in central Holland.
The event featured presenter Ron Meijerhof, hatchery expert from Poultry Performance Plus, who spoke about changes in incubation that can make a positive difference to broiler performance, particularly using the optimum incubation time for each breed. Cobb's global market share, broiler performance related to parent stock age and information from broiler trials were also discussed.
The seminar was attended by more than 60 members of the Dutch and Belgian poultry industries.
