Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production showcases solutions to enhance flock health

At the recent 2024 IPPE, the company presented two new options.

At the recent IPPE conference, Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production showcased new solutions designed to enhance flock health and performance:

  1. BG-MAX: Addresses mycotoxin challenges by binding them in the gut, ensuring they pass through birds without impacting health or performance

  2. CERTILLUS Hatchwell and CERTILLUS Movewell: Targeting Enterococcus species, these products address concerns like reduced hatchability and "kinky back" issues:

    • CERTILLUS Hatchwell: Counters Enterococcus faecalis in chicks and embryonated eggs, promoting hatchability with proprietary Bacillus strains

    • CERTILLUS Movewell: Significantly reduces Enterococcus cecorum prevalence, known for causing "kinky back," leading to a potential decrease in condemnation rates during processing
