Hormel Foods proudly announces the commencement of its 2024 summer internship program, welcoming over 90 college students from more than 50 colleges and universities across the United States. This marks the largest class of interns in the company's history, participating in an award-winning, 10-week program known for its excellence in various fields including engineering, sales, marketing and more.

The program is renowned for its comprehensive, hands-on approach, offering students real-world business scenarios and professional development opportunities. With a conversion rate of over 70% of interns into full-time employees, the program is a critical pipeline for talent acquisition at this Fortune 500 company.
