Tyson Ventures, the venture capital arm of Tyson Foods, hosted its third annual Tyson Demo Day, focusing on supply chain innovations. This event is designed to position Tyson Foods as a key strategic partner for innovators aiming to improve the food system. Twelve companies presented their innovations to Tyson Foods' senior leaders and team members, with the goal of advancing sustainable practices, enhancing transparency, creating efficiencies and maintaining high standards in the protein supply chain.
Heidi Solomon, vice president of global strategy for Tyson Foods, emphasized the event's importance: "Transformational solutions come from all over, and to see so much strategic potential in one place was inspiring.
