The 2024 Live Production, Welfare, and Biosecurity Seminar, organized by key poultry industry associations like the National Chicken Council, National Turkey Federation, United Egg Producers and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, will take place on October 3-4, 2024, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The seminar will focus on addressing ongoing concerns regarding bird welfare, biosecurity and production efficiencies, bringing together industry professionals, veterinarians and scientists.
Participants will gain insights into disease management, including updates on highly pathogenic avian influenza, water sanitation, disposal methods and alternative housing. The seminar's diverse agenda, developed by a committee of experts from various institutions and companies, is designed to provide the latest tools and best practices to help poultry production managers and veterinarians optimize their operations.
