Cranswick has successfully concluded its inaugural Operations Talent Programme (OTP), celebrating the achievements of 11 colleagues from various departments across the business. The 18-month program was designed to recognize and nurture operational talent, preparing participants for future management roles and enhancing the company's overall success.
Participants engaged in comprehensive workshops, mentoring, hands-on projects and leadership training, focusing on operational excellence within Cranswick. A key moment in the program was the presentation of their final business improvement projects, which showcased innovative ideas and creative problem-solving. These projects were presented to Chris Aldersley and Miranda Spencer, further demonstrating the growth of each participant.
Miranda Spencer, group HR director, praised the cohort’s high-standard presentations, emphasizing both the operational improvements and the personal development of each individual. She highlighted the importance of the OTP in identifying and fostering talent, ensuring opportunities for growth and retention within the company.
Cranswick encourages more employees to explore opportunities like the OTP to further their careers and contribute to the company's growth. Congratulations to the 11 graduates of the Operations Talent Programme.
