CWT Farms International has announced the appointment of DeWayne Hardwick as the director of hatchery operations at its new Watertown Hatchery in New York. Bringing over 32 years of expertise in the poultry industry, Hardwick will lead hatchery operations to optimize efficiency and uphold CWT Farms’ high-quality standards.
Originally hired as a consultant during the hatchery’s construction phase, Hardwick’s full-time appointment underscores his value to the CWT Farms team. “His expertise and proven leadership will be a tremendous asset to our operations," said CWT Farms President Jay Daniels.
Hardwick’s prior experience includes 25 years with Cobb-Vantress in leadership roles, including hatchery manager and associate director of production. His skills in hatchery management and performance improvements have consistently driven success in large-scale operations.
