Mar-Jac Poultry has announced the upcoming retirement of two esteemed members of its senior management team. Terri Middlebrooks, human resources director, and Bill Wilbanks, quality control manager, will be concluding their decades-long tenures with the company this December.
Middlebrooks has dedicated over 40 years to Mar-Jac Poultry, including 12 years in her current leadership role. Her remarkable career has been marked by the implementation of HR strategies and policies that have fostered a positive and productive workplace culture. Middlebrooks’ efforts have significantly contributed to the company’s success and the personal growth of countless employees.
Wilbanks, QC manager, has been an integral part of Mar-Jac for over 30 years, spending the last 23 years leading quality assurance efforts. His unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality has solidified the company’s reputation as a trusted name in the poultry industry.
