The 2023 10th International Trade Fair for Poultry Technologies, VIV Turkey, is scheduled for July 6-8 in the country’s largest city, Istanbul.
VIV Turkey, the second largest VIV event, will continue with its “Feed to Meat” theme covering every step of poultry production from feed production to the final product.

VIV Turkey 2019 numbers
The 2019 in-person VIV Turkey saw 347 exhibitors, both domestic and from abroad, with over 10,000 visitors from every continent.
Turkey’s poultry industry
Turkey has one of the largest poultry industries in the Middle East and is home to poultry companies like Erpiliç and Keskinoğlu with 160 million and 146 million head slaughtered annually respectively.
