Ludell Mfg offers a highly fuel efficiency direct contact water heater. The water heater is capable of delivering 180º F water at a thermal efficiency greater than 99%. The heater provides hot water for sanitizing, carcass washing, and scalding operations. The hot water is available instantaneously from the water heater in a variety of sizes to meet the needs of any food processor.
