"This acquisition will generate significant operational benefits for pork producers, and the synergy created by combining the resources of JBS United and PrairiE Systems will increase the overall corporate value for both the nutrition and emerging technologies group and JBS United as a whole,” said Doug Webel, chief operating officer of JBS.
