Vilomix of Denmark and InVivo Group of France have formed a strategic partnership to build a new feed premix plant at Efremov in southern Russia, subject to the approval of the Russian competition authorities.
This follows Vilomix's purchase of a 60 percent share of Russian premix company Vitargos Rossovit, which already operates a manufacturing plant in Efremov. The shareholding was acquired from InVivo, which retains 40 percent of the company.
