Dairy nutrition company, Volac, has announced the acquisition of Ecosyl Products Ltd., a UK-based silage additive company with subsidiaries in the U.S. and Canada.
The deal includes the company’s laboratory and manufacturing facilities together with its subsidiary, Rosebeck Services farm products business. The acquisition will strengthen Volac’s existing position in the UK marketplace and lead to continued growth in its silage additive business internationally, in particular in Europe and North America, according to Volac.
