Virtual SEA is a beginner course on egg production and processing that focuses on egg quality information useful for employees who work in egg barns and processing plants.

SEA is a learning experience and education opportunity for individuals who work in egg production and egg processing. Through a combination of interactive classroom experiences taught by expert speakers as well as hands-on learning, participants in SEA are provided the latest information on egg quality and egg food safety.

Virtual SEA is a beginner course on egg production and processing that focuses on egg quality information useful for employees who work in egg barns and processing plants. Because this course is held online, companies pay a course fee that allows an unlimited number of employees to participate as well as access to course videos for six months. Virtual SEA also provides Spanish translation for speaker presentations as well as coursework and slide decks.
