Staffan Karlsson wins IPPE Wing Fling Contest

Staffan Karlsson, global manager for Sandvik Process Systems, is the winner of the 2015 IPPE Wing Fling competition at the International Production & Processing Expo. First runner-up was Denson White, who is in charge of client services for APM Terminals. Karlsson received a Visa gift card for his wing-eating efforts.

The contest featured various levels of flavored hot wings, and IPPE attendees competed to see who could eat the most wings in a set time frame. To help cool things down, IPPE commissioned two ice carving demonstrations. The carvings depict a chicken and a cow.
