The Moba Americas Innova 18W grader has an infeed conveyor that is 18 rows wide. It grades and packs eggs at up to 180,000 eggs per hour/500cph. The infeed conveyor allows more time for eggs to go through the egg washer resulting in a washer length reduction of 25%. Features include crack detection, leak detection and removal, dirt detection, blood detection, and egg removal from the infeed conveyor. An optional multi-station removal system weighs and rejects undergrades as well as certain first quality sizes for breaking stock.
