Chicken marketers can leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to predict trends, automate processes and boost revenue, improving both product development and the consumer experience.

“AI technology can help chicken brands and marketers learn more about consumer buying patterns and their behaviors,” Hana Bieliauskas, senior vice president and partner, Inspire PR Group, explained.

“I know it can be kind of a daunting topic and people are sometimes a little hesitant to embrace it, but I’d really like people to get excited and more open to integrate it into their marketing efforts.”

Bieliauskas will share the opportunities and innovations that are possible using AI and learn from case studies how chicken brands and companies are successfully utilizing AI at the 2024 Chicken Marketing Summit.

Registration is now open with early savings available until May 31.

A launch pad for creativity

One of the biggest benefits of AI for chicken marketers is its ability to track, monitor and even predict consumer trends.

“You can really get in there and type in keywords to get some ideas for what people are saying about your product and chicken in general,” she added. “It gives a snapshot of how people talk about products.”

AI can also help automate processes, such as writing social media and other marketing copy.

“It’s still really important to think of AI as a launch pad,” Bieliauskas cautioned, noting that the technology won’t replace human marketers, but is instead a helpful tool when used correctly.

“It really takes that human first to put it in there and then analyze the data or messages that it comes back with,” she said.

Attend the 2024 Chicken Marketing Summit

Make plans to attend the 2024 Chicken Marketing Summit at the Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa in Birmingham, Alabama, on July 29-31, 2024. This one-of-a-kind event will look forward to the consumer of 2035 and the issues that will impact their protein choices.

For the first time, the Summit will have two content tracks. As always, one track will focus on consumer trends of today and what will be expected in 2035 and how advancing digital technology will impact how chicken will be sold and marketed in the future. The second content track will explore how the industry will meet consumer expectations by adapting new and existing technologies to raise and process broilers utilizing fewer resources and with improved welfare, food safety and convenience.
