Chore-Time Pneumatic Drinking System (PDS) Controls offer poultry producers convenient control of the water pressure levels in all nipple drinker lines in the house. Users can change the pressure in all lines, or flush them, from one remote location using either Chore-Time’s CHORE-TRONICS 3 Whole-House Control with built-in PDS functionality or a dedicated PDS Controller. PDS can be programmed to automatically flush drinker lines as often as four times per day or as seldom as once per week. The operator can also easily run “flush simulations” to get cool water to the birds during hot weather.
Available in 4-, 8-, 16- and 32-station configurations, the controls feature simplified hose connection and all components are protected in the enclosed controller box.
Used with the CHORE-TRONICS 3 Whole-House Control provides ultimate drinker system control. It can dynamically adjust water column height to meet bird demand, such as the ability to use built-in growth curves to automatically adjust based on varying bird ages. One can monitor curving of the minimum/maximum flow-rate alarms and set flushing to occur based on certain water temperatures or time of day.
