Meyn BoneScan 440 ADX bone detection system

Meyn BoneScan 440 ADX bone detection system has a capacity of up to 250 butterflies and 440 split fillets per minute. The system uses dual energy x-ray imaging technology to detect calcified bones as small 2 millimeters. The system can also detect metal, glass and stone. Products suspected to contain bone or other contaminants are automatically removed and dropped into a bin or discharge conveyor for further inspection. The BoneScan 440 ADX has a detection rate of 99 percent and a false reject rate of less than 3 percent.
