Frédérique Respondek is the scientific affairs manager for human and animal nutrition at international food and feed ingredient supplier Beghin-Meiji, based in Marckolsheim, France. She received a Masters Degree in Agricultural Sciences specialised in Animal Science from ENESAD, the French National School of Agronomy, and gained experience in equine nutrition research at the Kentucky Equine Research and ENESAD in Dijon.
