Elanco AviBrom is a broad-spectrum, post-harvest carcass rinse designed to reduce salmonella pathogens during processing. According to the company, research has shown up to a 2.5-log reduction in post-chill whole-carcass salmonella levels when using AviBrom. The product works in a wide range of pH levels and does not require acidifiers.
