Drying Technology offers the Delta T MC control system that enables online moisture sensing and control inside dryers, including water activity of a product as it is being dried. Two additional product properties, relative humidity and product surface temperature, may also be sensed and controlled. The water activity control capability will ensure that negligible product is produced that supports the growth of mold, according to the company.
