Star Yeast from ICC is derived from the sugar cane molasses fermentation during the ethanol production process. The yeast contains digestive enzymes like gluconase and protease, and B-complex vitamins, the company says. Star Yeast improves the animal's zootechnical indices when included in feed, according to ICC.
