The Easy Clean flow magnet drawer from Goudsmit Magnetics is a magnetic separator used to remove metal particles (>30 μm) from foodstuffs like coffee, cocoa, malt, rice, sugar and flour, but also from other powder and bulk materials. The Easy Clean flow drawer magnet offers user-friendly cleaning, improved flow and high Gauss values of the bars.
This design contains a single row of Ø50 mm thick bars. Measurement techniques, including simulations of magnetic fields and tests in the company's own test center, have shown that this results in a higher separation yield.
