Flexicon pneumatic gain-in-weight filling system for free-flowing bulk solids conveys and weighs material, then discharges it into bulk bags. Features of the gain-in-weight filling system include the filter receiver of the Pneumati-Con vacuum dilute-phase pneumatic conveying system mounted on the load cells, a Twin Centerpost bulk bag filler with a bag inflation blower, and a vibratory deck that densifies material to stabilize the bag. A port within the discharge spout vents displaced air and dust to a remote bag house, where the controller releases the bag straps and deflates the spout seal, allowing the operator to tie-off the spout and remove the filled bag.
