The Hosokawa Micron MIKRO MAK mill is part of the established Air Classifier mill range and has been developed to size reduce natural fibrous materials such as wood, cellulose, grain, bran, corn, peas and reeds in a single-stage operation. All these products are difficult to grind and are commonly processed in multi-stage operations, but the Hosokawa MIKRO MAK mill offers single-stage processing by combining impact comminution, cutting and classifying within one mill. End products have a high fineness and a narrow particle size distribution with minimum ultra fines.
