360 Online Support from CombiScale is a bundled software, available on all PrimoWeigher combination scales, that allows the company's service technicians to connect to a PrimoWeigher through the 360 Operating System. 360 Online Support uses software including Skype and LogMeIn. With a wireless or landline connectivity, the system requires a pin code and the customer’s consent for technician access to the system.
