Foss MeatMaster II X-ray analyzer simultaneously measures the fat content of entire batches of meat and checks for foreign objects. The analyzer can scan 22 tons of meat per hour and works regardless of the size of the meat pieces, whether they are fresh or frozen or if packaged in sealed plastic or cardboard boxes. Installation of the MeatMaster II can be completed in a day. Software options include multi-language interfaces and process control software for fully automated control of batches.
