Handtmann revolving three-nozzle automatic linking systems

Handtmann revolving three-nozzle PVLH 246 and PVLS 143 automatic linking systems are designed for fresh, cooked or dry sausage production in natural, artificial and collagen casings. With 1.7 second automatic casing changes, the PVLH 246 and PVLS 143 operate with few moving parts and automatically wipe sausage meat from each nozzle. Slugs are spooled immediately before casing changes to reduce humidity absorption. Each nozzle is positioned at the loading stage for "no leaning" operator access and can be returned to the filling position and restarted with a simple hand movement.
