FlavorJet from Equimex uses high pressure to injet brine, marinades or sauces into meat, without use of needles. Products can be injected to the desired weight, at the desired spots and at any angle, without blisters. The FlavorJet system can inject a whole chicken or whole legs in-line at speeds up to 12,000 per hour. It can be used on bone-in and boneless products.
