Clement Soulet is part of the In-System SMT team, focusing on CAN additives. Clement supervises the strategy execution and deployment of Anti Mycotoxin Agents (Notox) and Antioxidant (Proviox) categories. Originally from France, Clement has a Master of Science in Animal Production from AgroParisTech, Paris, France with a specialization in management, innovation, and business performance. After 4 years working in a global consulting company in Paris; Clement has led for 7 years in the role of Business Development Manager in the feed additive company Pancosma (ADM) for several feed additive ranges. In February 2018, Clement joined Cargill Animal Nutrition as category lead in the global additive team.


Ignacio Areal 90pxIgnacio Areal, Raw Materials Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Risk Assessor and Emerging Supply Chain Lead, Cargill CASC, EMEA

Ignacio Areal has been leading CASC Raw Materials Food Safety Quality and Regulatory (FSQR) team for 13 years and now his activity is focused on the Risk Assessment as FSQR risk assessor. He has worked as a Farm Consultant specializing in arable crops in Spain, Portugal, and England. Ignacio has been involved in canned food and fresh salad production in China and Spain, working as a Production Manager, before moving to Cargill. He has a degree in Agriculture Engineering and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa Business School. Ignacio is based in Madrid, Spain.
