Big Dutchman offers an air-air heat exchanger that permits broiler growers to save up to 60% of their heating costs, especially in cold weather, the company says. The used air from the broiler house is completely pre-filtered before it flows through the heat exchanger, keeping the exchanger element free of dirt and dust. The exchanger element separates fresh and exhaust air, which makes for an optimal heat transfer, according to the company.
