The Biomax Rapid Thermophilic Digestion System turns poultry waste, such as manure, beddings, straw, slaughtering waste and sludge, into fertilizer in less than 24 hours. Enzymes are mixed with poultry waste inside the digester and accelerate the decomposition process. The digester maintains an optimum decomposition environment, the company says, and by maintaining a high temperature of 80C, the digester kills any pathogens. The fertilizer produced has 70 to 80 percent organic matter. The Rapid Thermophilic Digestion System ranges in size from 22,000 to 80,000-liter units and can handle between 15 to 50 tons of waste per day.
