WEDA Dammann & Westerkamp mill control is an easy to handle control module that is compatible with all customary feeding systems. It visualizes the components as well as the mixing procedure of the unit via touch screen. With the help of a convenient display, the mixing unit can be completely controlled and operated as with a remote control. Via the intuitive user interface, the process can be operated with up to 15 feed components, 10 product silos, a grain mill, a discharge screw conveyer and a dry mixer.
Users can choose between the automatic and the manual dosification mode, and they can access ten stored recipes. A minute-by-minute adjustable control of the day’s schedule with a mixing and allocation program furthermore makes the preparation of feed easier. Via USB port or Ethernet, the users call up their data backups as well as their mixing reports.
