The Dinnissen Lean Mixing integrated mixing and transport system can mix powders, granules and granulates and transport raw materials without pneumatics. The system carries ingredients in big bags that only have to be lifted once. Once the bags are hoisted, they are transported via an automatic route guidance system to the proper unloading positions on the transfer station. After unloading, the bags are attached to the discharging station and connected to valves that deliver pre-weighed dosage ingredients. The system can handle between 6 kilograms and 50 tons of material per hour.
