Linde now offers its Cryoline hygienic tunnel freezer. The freezer helps processors reduce freezing bottlenecks and downtime while lowering their food safety risk. The company says that it is the first cryogenic freezer designed in accordance with US Department of Agriculture and American Meat Institute guidelines for sanitary design. External and internal surfaces are sloped to eliminate liquid collection and facilitate easy draining, there are no niches to harbour pathogens and there is complete access to all areas for easy cleaning and inspection.
