JBT FoodTech says the Stein GYRoCOMPACT II oven helps users take advantage of thermodynamic principles of processing food items for consistent performance. The oven is available with a 600mm belt width for increased yield and capacity. It provides MultiPhase Cooking, JBT says, with an optional impingement module at oven discharge.
