Sairem TMW microwave tunnels

The Sairem TMW microwave tunnels temper frozen meat blocks from -20C to -2C in a few minutes. The tunnels have a capacity of 2.5 to 12 tons per hour. Processed products can then be quickly and easily cut, ground or diced without any loss.
