NuTEC Manufacturing PF-700 Flattener takes patties formed at their regular thickness and enters the patties into a flattening conveyor where their shapes evolve from a very machined look into more of a natural, handmade look. In addition to changing the appearance of the patty, the NuTEC PF-700 Flattener also enhances the original tenderness and juiciness of the patty during cooking. The flattener works in conjunction with all NuTEC hydraulic patty-forming machines. Patties can be formed with or without patty paper.
