Foodmate U.S. has named Greta Holloway as Parts and After Sales Manager. In her role, Holloway will have direct responsibility for the overall performance of the Foodmate U.S.'s Parts and After Sales departments, focusing on maintaining effective department operation by maximizing inventory control and meeting customers' expectations.


Holloway will serve as Foodmate U.S.'s key customer liaison, ensuring fast delivery and prompt resolution of customer needs. In addition, she will coordinate shipping and receiving of parts from the company's headquarters in Holland, supporting the increasing US capabilities and demands. Holloway, who is certified as an ISO 9000 internal auditor, comes to Foodmate US with 23 years of experience in the poultry industry including 18 years of sales and customer service management.
