Zinpro Corporation has recently reorganized its customer service group to form a new global supply chain and customer service team. As part of the integration, the company announced Gwen Carlson has joined the team as senior manager - global supply chain and customer service.
In this newly created position, Carlson's primary responsibilities include directing and coordinating activities of the global supply chain and customer service team. This includes overseeing customer service operations and distribution of company products worldwide.
Carlson earned an executive master's of business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. She also holds a bachelor's degree in business with minors in economics and communications from Bethel College in Arden Hills, Minn. She brings more than 20 years of experience in global operations, manufacturing, logistics and international customer service to this position. Prior to joining Zinpro Corporation, Carlson was distribution manager for a global medical device firm. Carlson is based at the company's global headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minn.
After 30 years of dedicated service, Wanda Hasselbalch, who previously served as customer service manager, has recently concluded her career with the company. Zinpro Corporation thanks her for many years of service to the company, its customers and the global animal feed industry.
